Trump had put faith in people in regards to the conservative world view. The fact that the repubs have so easily thrown that away by letting the dems change the rules, seems odd. THAT would be bad enough, but they're letting them get away with it using the weakest, and most laughable situation and claims....the ones SHE claimed as supporting witnesses claim she's full of crap This weakness will have people lose faith.
Is this intentional on their part??
*I know...I know..some claim this is some 4 d chess the rebubs are using and to "trust the plan", just like Sessions is really setting a bomb, but it's not the "right" time to set it off yet.*

Look the American people know what's going on here. The democrats are just grabbing for anything to throw at this SCOTUS appointee. If this Ford lady was really groped by Judge Kav as she claims then why in the heck did she wait over thirty years to come forward with her accusation. Furthemore, if this incident did indeed happen did she report it to her parents? Did the parents call the police? Is there a police report somewhere?
I'll tell you what this is. Political posturing, and keeping Planned Parenthood in a position to make big bucks providing taxpayer subsidized abortions to women, and acting as a money laundering operation for the Democrat Party. That's what is driving this ridiculous, absurd (and unproven) accusations.

Today...or yesterday.. a TD poster pointed out that an even more important issue is voter ID. I can't remember who posted that, but thank you for the insight. I think you're right.

I think that, in a lot of peoples minds, SCOTUS appointments were a main reason for voting for Trump.

This. I have said that these states cases will eventually end up in the SC and if the court is constitutional, it will be upheld and lead to an outcry for a federal law from congress.
This scares liberal power brokers far more than any Roe/Wade argument.
