I keep hearing that President Trump is acting like a dictator.

OK, mostly on CNN, but I even heard a liberal in a discussion panel on Fox News last night say that President Trump wants to be the dictator and that is his ultimate goal, therefore, he needs to be kept in check.
How has he been dictatorial? His two biggest accomplishments are that he has rolled back many of the regulatory EO's from his predecessor, and he has cut taxes.
Aren't these things the opposite of what a power hungry dictator would do?
What next? Freedom of school choice? So much like Hitler...

They're pushing scare tactics to the ignorant masses. Ironically, that's exactly what dictators do.

He's abolishing federal government regulations at an astonishing rate.
Always assume Trump is doing the opposite of how the MSM paints him.

Why is it easy to believe CNN after them being caught in so many lies?

He's not. But they will stretch the definition to match the narrative they desire.
It's fricking weird and sick.

Blaming everything on his political enemies and calling the media the “enemy of the people” has strong tyrannical tones

There's a way to filter out all of the left's bullshite.
Don't listen to it, ANY of it.

But that finishing hint of carmel and blackberries just does it for me. Superb.

Every politician (especially Obama) does this.

They are.

Yeah nothing says "tyrant" more than handing power back to the people. What we need instead is an un-tyrannical Progressive President who will weaponize The State against the citizenry via the IRS, conduct illegal wiretaps on political opponents, refuse to acknowledge the results of democratic elections, turn The Deep State against it's enemies, etc.
I think we get it. Only through Progressive Tyranny is there Freedom.

Is this how you felt when Obama did these things?

Trotting Spicey out on Day1 to falsely brag about his crowd size fits as something a dictator would do.
Reminded me of Baghdad Bob making claims about "turning back the Americans."

Encouraging his law enforcement to rough up people while making arrests is something a dictator would do.

Isn't this a two way street? Shouldn't we question the media when they get something wrong? It's obvious that there is very little unbiased news anymore.
I watch CNN in the morning while I'm on the treadmill. I'm amazed at how slanted the questions are about President Trump. Even when things are going well, they are constantly looking for a sinister side of the story to pin on him without looking at the positives. Case in point is his physical results. Instead of saying, "Good news that President Trump is in good health!", they go with the, "So, he has some signs of heart vessel disease. Please, Dr Gupta, tell us that he could, in fact, possibly drop dead at any moment!"

Continuing personal business deals on the side as he resides as the country's top public servant is something a dictator would do.
