quote:‘Still better than Sleepy Joe’ is my personal favorite defense because it reveals the disturbingly low bar they set for Trump: not being Joe Biden. That’s it. That’s the whole argument.
"so you're saying Kamala was a better choice?!?"
And it's hilarious that he's their measuring stick. It's like Creed fans saying "still better than Nickleback."

Chart really should separate by 4 year terms.
However you chart it, the debt is growing at an exponential rate. Simply servicing the debt now has become one of the largest components of the debt itself since compounding debt creates an ever expanding feedback loop.
The debt is now simply fueling itself: at some point in 2024, interest payments on the debt surpassed defense spending and medicare. Such a debt spiral is not solely the result of reckless spending but is an unavoidable consequence of the inflationary policies pursued by the FED.

This war is mystifying and confusing, and contrary to everything else he's ever done as a candidate and president. It's ok to say so. Hopefully, if enough of us do, then we can find a way out of this mess. And it's why I will continue to shout into the wind.
I don't find it to be so mystifying.
Trump's son-in-law (Jared Kushner) is a friend of Bibi.
Kushner is also a friend of Mohammed bin Salman.
The Abraham accords were signed during Trump's first term.
Both Israel and Saudi Arabia have beefs with Iran.
Kushner, Bibi and MBS convinced DJT to support regime change in Iran.
Since the US has been in conflict with Iran for 47+ years, an attack could be sold as a solution to an "old" war rather than a "new" war. Therefore, Trump's "no new wars" campaign promise would not be broken.
There are always "reasons" to start wars. Doesn't matter now. The genie is out of the bottle.
I have a son in the Navy, and I'm a US taxpayer.
The main concerns for me now are, how many US solider lives will be lost, and how much is this going to cost the US taxpayer in the long run?

I venture to guess these are the concerns of most Americans.
Thanks to your son for his service.

The neocons are the assholes wrecking everything. There’s no “far right.” The issues you care about are characterized as “far right” by neocons so that they may continue to warmonger, and they can ostracize people with opposing political views to the War Machine, Big Banks, and Big Business.
These entities are equally as morally bankrupt as leftists, bc they are also leftists. Collectivism is the absolute devil. Neocon leftists are freaking globalists who want to live in the Tower of Babel. They are collectivists who regard the individual as having no value. The individual is inefficient. These institutions cannot be having anything slow them down, especially not some pesky individuals with needs and wants and hopes and dreams.
To neocons, "individuals" are only useful as economic units for the good of the mythical "all."
Neocons will crush an individual and wreck him just as easily and as quickly as any communist.
I may just be a poor ole country lawyer, lady of a certain age, shouting into the wind on a message board. But I will continue to rage against it as long as there is breath in my body. My God and my country demand it of me
You described everything Trump is fighting against.

Fan of yours. And I was once too was a country lawyer. I’m a recovering lawyer now..I like to say. Licensed but don’t practice, thank goodness.
I dont think we have George Bush. I think the strategy is “frick China.” And I like that strategy.

If only it were just the "NEOCONS". Might as well say its the Moon Men.

I would agree. Trump is no neocon. He is only concerned with maintaining a free international market for the US.
