They are getting ready to pour a shite ton of money into GOP candidates, I heard 18 districts on the toss-up side would be the top tier, I’m guessing, then probably more for the other possibles.

President Trump is fixing to go on the circuit again over the next 90 days.

quote:

President Donald Trump has finally given the green light to pour millions of dollars from his personal PAC toward boosting vulnerable Republicans in November, two people familiar with the plans told CNN, as some top campaign advisers privately acknowledge that Republicans’ chances of keeping control of both the House and Senate are dwindling.

Trump’s political team is still debating what the final dollar figure will be, though one person familiar with the discussions floated $30 million in the first tranche. Another official cautioned that the final amounts have not yet been decided. The long-awaited cash infusion is happening in the coming weeks, two people said, describing it as the first salvo in a stretch-run effort as November looms just three months away.

He needs to be careful. We have projected high temperatures in North Shreveport of 104 for Monday and Tuesday, and 100+ overall for the next 8 days.

I know he isn't coming here, but I'm guessing it's going to be hot over most of the country. The potential good news for us is that they are projecting a high of only 88 by September 3rd. I hope that forecast holds up.

Most candidates would probably do better to distance themselves from the current admin.

Half their 2024 coalition is gone at this point. Zero Enthusiasm. Independents, Gen Z, Gen Y likely won't even vote they're do disillusioned. Latino vote probably gutted, too.

Only group that still supports the current admin decisions are Fox News Boomers.

That's not an opinion. Thats a reality.

He’s done better than any president in my lifetime including Reagan. People are so shortsighted and have tunnel vision

Men behaving like emotionally hysterical women have become an epidemic in this country and specifically this board, it’s pathetic.

Get control of yourself, pussy.

I’m worried that POTUS is getting bad information from his aides and pollsters and isn’t in tune with the actual mood of the country.

It wouldn't make a fook if Jesus Christ himself was advising. He would not

listen to the voice of reason.

Many would be willing to vote for the Devil himself if he’d promise no more bullschitt wars on the other side of the planet, and mean it.

It doesn’t matter how much he spends or shows up before November. Nothing is stopping this blue tsunami.

Heat won’t bother him.

It’s the 86 sycophants that are the biggest danger as they have tried to k*ll him at least three times.

Dang. Shreveport is hotter than Houston. It used to have tolerable summer weather when I grew up there, in the 1950's and '60s

Paxton is a lost cause. He's thoroughly disliked on all sides of the political spectrum. And here he is so morally bereft running against an avowed man of God who loves God, his family and his neighbors as himself.

James Talarico in a landslide. If I was inclined to support the Republican candidate, I would advise Mr Trump to not bother with Paxton's campaign.

This Summer has been hotter than usual. Caused more by the humidity than even the temperatures. But this coming week is going to feel like Hell on Earth.

Also, we haven't had any rain in forever.

He is prosecuting this war which he believes is the right thing to do but no gives a shite about it and hates it.....He is losing ground on the domestic issues and the messaging is really bad especially on affordability.
