I honestly feel like one day the Dems will get our guns.

I have a feeling that one day the dems will get what they want one day. I don't think it will be in the next 20 years, but I honestly feel like within the next 50, stars will align for them and they will get majority in all three branches and they will go hard after the 2A and negotiate to get some or all of them "banned" or maybe ammo, or something.

I own a few AR15's and even I have mixed feelings about it all. When the founding fathers wrote the 2nd amendment, they had muskets that took 3 minutes to reload. Now we have high caliber gas powered rifles with 100 rd drums. I just think its an instance of technology outgrowing the law to a certain degree. Bump stocks are stupid. It doesn't take long to dump a 30 rd clip even at semi-auto. You just can't convince me that all of these tactical, high capacity, high caliber rifles serve any practical purposes. (with exception to the AR pistol)

Forced confiscation will probably never happen.
They'll instead make acquiring new guns (legally) almost impossible and people with guns already will have to actively hide them to avoid getting in trouble.
