I fear my wife is becoming “woke”

We just had a discussion about George Floyd.
My assertion is that, while this is definitely bad police work, nobody knows if there’s a racial component.
If the officer had ever done something racist in the past - or if he was even a Republican - that information would have been splattered everywhere.
Then I told her about 9 unarmed blacks killed by police in 2019 vs 19 whites.
Long story short...I whipped her arse in the debate and she went to bed crying.
Should I start planning my exit?

No. Help her continue to wake up. (I say that as a wife and mother — you should always be learning in relationships — wake her up! Do it nicely though.)

That’s the issue with all of this. People who rely on their emotions are easily fooled. And there are a lot of them.
