On War Room some people I respect like Charlie Kirk are saying that voting on game day is the most secure. Now I wish I had done that. For you guys who have not I recommend doing what they say instead of what I did today.

Update: I just called the Sec. of State's office in Louisiana to see if I could vote again on election day. This would take the place of my earlier vote. They assured me of the security in our state. The machines are NOT hooked up to the internet. That feature is disabled on all the machines. The vendors never touch the machines now. They are all managed by the state. She went through many other security precautions. I feel much better.

Unless Dominion has interest in my 2000 person rural Arkansas mayoral election I think I’m ok.

In my district you can still vote on election day even if you early vote.

It just erases/overwrites the early vote in case you want to change something.

Voted here too.....no worries, elections are as safe as the DEMS want them!

Honestly, when I left the computer voting booth....I felt as if I had no idea if that ballot I completed would be tallied properly. And this is a huge problem.....many think like I do. An older gentlemen outside said to me as we were leaving "was that even worth it?"

America voting must become totally secure, or we have nothing!

Voting seems secure enough in my district. Paper and computer.

100% Old American Flag wearing whities manning the booths.

I don’t buy it. Here in Georgia we get to vote early and track our votes.

Showing up and voting in person as I would on the election day is no different. I just went through the same process but didn’t have to stand in line for hours.

Our constitutional republic is worth standing in line for hours to vote on Election Day. Many men better than me gave their lives to ensure we have that right.

Suck it up, buttercup.

Voted early today, there was a new check in process and different voting booths from what we've used for years.

Hand over drivers license, poll worker scans it, it prints out a label that's put in a book, you sign stating the information is correct. You're then handed a plastic card with a smart chip in it, you place the card in the voting machine and it shows up with your name on the screen.

Just like the up and down votes on TD!

Will hackers attack the voter rolls - I mean DMV on the night of the election again?

Did they ever catch those hackers?

Lol - early voting machines aren’t even plugged in.

Just because someone in an office says this doesn't make it true. That is how it has always been yet voting machines keep being found connected to the net before, during and after elections against state laws and states aren't doing anything about it.

The more early votes, the easier it is to know how many ballots they need to stuff during those midnight vote counting pauses. When they see trends in early voting it gives them much more time to ramp up production and delivery.

So no votes get counted until election night… ooops, now it’ll take days to count and call the election

Most of the Louisiana machines are so old they don’t have that functionality. I’m more wary of the newer machines than the old ones. The public comments seem to have deferred the upgrade contract they tried to bid last year.
