I read that the school had disabled them so that ICE could not use them to identify illegals.
Not sure if true but it sounds like something a dumbass liberal school would do.

If Brown did take down cameras to accommodate special interests groups, they are contributory negligent.
If the shooter used his knowledge of the camera system being down because of the Brown camera policy, Brown negligently aided and facilitated his actions.

Not everything is a conspiracy.
I work at a university and am involved in emergency planning and response. I can guarantee you cameras and emergency police call stations are top priorities for student safety, especially now with increased occurrences of campus violence.
