I find it incredibly distasteful but I agree with the founding fathers. No limits on speech. It's what makes our country free.

They may have had a problem with millions of illegal immigrants invading & burning US flags in the streets while flying their foreign flags

I have a problem with them too. There are legal citizens who burn the flag though. That's what I was referring to. It's protected speech. The First Amendment is about protecting the worst and most unpopular of speech. Or would you prefer we be like Germany where they will throw you in prison for questioning WW2 or the holocaust?
