I am a PhD..I don't know the meaning of the word exculpatory.

She's not a lawyer, but any intelligent layman should know what exculpatory means. She's either a dumb PhD or is acting dumb.

all you have to do is watch a little TV and you were aware of what the word exculpatory means.

who hasnt watched at least "some" CSI or law and order much less all the movies involving breaking the law bullshite

You can buy one from Palo Alto. It's one of those "Professional Schools of Psychology" with very high tuition but not a good reputation among other PhD programs.
