Nah. I’m mostly libertarian - pro drug legalization, gay rights (even though think it’s weird) etc. But pro-life because the right to life is the preeminent right.

Agnostic, but open to religion and hopeful theres something beyond the material. Doesn’t impact my respect for human life one way or another though.

How hard is it in this day and age to take a contraceptive? They could practice abstinence, but really using abortion as birth control is kind of stupid and evil.

My guess would be that he is pro gun, a capitalist, in favor of drilling for oil, not necessarily down with the BLM movement, nor the LGBTQ+ movement, doesn’t wants trans reading to kids, not a fan of govt mandating vaccines (I.e. consistent with “my body my choice”), wants criminals to be prosecuted appropriately and not released into the wild after multiple offenses, likes American/Western culture, etc.

There’s a lot of facets to being a conservative outside of the abortion stance.

I'll give catholics credit for their charity, but they have really screwed up Christianity for a lot of people.

Nah. I wouldn’t say I’m an atheist, but I definitely don’t practice religion or care for it. I’m pro-mind your business, which unfortunately falls under pro-choice.

I am against government telling me what to do… Hell, anyone for that matter.

Main reason I lean right is because the traditional conservative is just a better person with better morals.

Oh, and Dems and liberals are racist as frick and openly portray it with immunity and it drives me insane.

How a POC or minority can’t see how little Dems think of them is beyond me.

If you keep looking, you can probably find another box you can check off. You’re a Dem who doesn’t want to admit what you are.

Nope, I know several people like you. I know several people like you.

I believe in God, but one doesn’t have to, to believe in personal freedoms, small government, secure borders, etc.

As a conservative, I'm grateful we agree on something and I understand (at least) those who are pro-choice.

But I hope you will keep the opportunity open about about the existence of a higher authority.

One of these [to me] does not compare to the other two.

It is a contradiction in terms.

"Conservative" means that you agree with basic Constitutional Principle; and THE foundation of Constitutional Principle is that "inalienable Rights come from God" and not the whims of a Democratic majority (mob). It sounds as though you believe that your 'Conservatism' only extends to your personal freedom as such is challenged by the majority populous; with such a challenge holding a morality-based impetus as a sharing of the collective GDP is assumed (by Collectivist) to be a moral issue. 'Social Justice as it were.

As an atheist you must believe that humans have no enduring Soul, and therein, no more innate value than a prairie dog. All manifestations of Universal Energy/Matter are purposeless and of equal value, as all goes back to what it was...Matter Mulch. With no innate value. That is a dangerous scenario, as it lends license to virtually unimpeded manipulation of humans as being like chickens or cattle or any other life entity which we utilize for our own pleasure or survival.

"The fool says in his heart that there is no God". Though there may be atheists who experience more love than professing Christians. Ideas and beliefs are the foundation of action...and feeling. Consequences are the result of actions based on good or bad Ideas; all Beliefs (Subjective) are not equal. As we will find out. Truth or Untruth/Half truth ultimately forms Reality. Live and learn and go to 'heaven' or 'hell'.

IMO, belief in Atheism - to the degree that such is manifest in society - will be a 'road to perdition', as all hope and reverence for Life is lost. And people live and act on Universal Darwinian Principles.

The most ignorant/arrogant position a person can take is being an Atheist. There is no way you can affirm with certainty that there is 'no God.' At best, a person can be an Agnostic if they don't side with a belief in God.

You're probably a bit more libertarian than conservative, but I'd have to hear your other opinions.

It’s not weird but you do have an irrational worldview that you need to work through.

I’d encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ, the son of God, who gave His life so that you and I would not have to suffer for our sins against a holy God. The offer of the Gospel is free: simply believe it and you will receive forgiveness for a lifetime of rebellion against the king.

Irrationality is not based on simple disagreement of opinion. It is based on holding to certain presuppositional axioms that are logically inconsistent.

Atheism is a lack of belief in deities. That isn't an affirmative belief that there isn't a Christian god.

I am not sure what that means to be pro-choice and conservative. I don’t think your belief in God is relevant.
