Hypothetical question about politicians and God

Friend in the gym asked me last night...
If you died in 20 years and went to heaven, and you see Pelosi, Schumer, Romney, McCain, Biden, Clinton, Cassidy, etc... (assuming they're all passed) and knowing what they have done to people, the country, and religion. What do you ask God?
Was curious to see what you guys would ask?

But some of those I'd expect to see.

“How are You this merciful? Thank you.”
Edit: I’ll need all of His mercy, and more.

Why would they be in heaven in the first place?

They said sorry right before they died.

How the hell did you ever have mercy on me?
Seriously, if I saw Schumer in heaven, I'd still rejoice.

I have a thousand more questions to ask before I will be concerned about who is there... I would assume they sought forgiveness for their sins and asked Jesus to be their Lord and Savior...

1. Thank him that I made it there.
2. Thank him again.
God knows your true heart. Redemption is not just as easy as saying I'm sorry and your in. You have to truly mean it. Also you have to forgive yourself as well for your sins after acknowledging them and also forgiving the sins of others in your heart as well. (In other words let go of your prejudices, judgments of others and come to peace with yourself and God.)
We are not perfect beings, that is why the Lord gave us a way to come to sit next to him.
I myself fall short every day in some way. But as I get older and wiser, I see my mistakes and I try to atone for them and to not repeat them.
I'm not the most eloquent person, so I don't do a good job explaining it. I'm not perfect either and as I mature I accept my faults and those of others.
If those people truly repent and tried to change and accepted Christ into their hearts and fully put the Lord first then there will be a place for them in Heaven.

Some days I feel sorry for God. We must pray for his well being.

Only answer. At that point, it's a whole different ballgame.

Why are you so very merciful after all we do?
He Is Awesome!

Worked for the thief!
Luke 23:39-43
One of the criminals who were hanged railed at him, saying, “Are you not the Christ? Save yourself and us!” But the other rebuked him, saying, “Do you not fear God, since you are under the same sentence of condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we are receiving the due reward of our deeds; but this man has done nothing wrong.” And he said, “Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom.” And he said to him, “Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise.”
We all depend upon the Lords mercy.
But some of us refuse to ask Him for it, and He will not force Himself upon creatures of free will.
Does anyone think Hitler, Stalin, Mao, Castro, or Chavez said, “Jesus remember me when you come into your kingdom.”?

Just saying sorry won’t do it. Maybe that’s a catholic thing. Is it possible to do on your death bed? Sure. But it isn’t easy and just a couple of empty words. But I’m not God. Who am I to judge?
