We would have things like that all over the place in our country if we hadn’t imported slavery into our country.

Blacks shouldn’t get the blame for this. Immigration from Latin American is why the white population percentage has dropped.
This country was 90%+ white until the mid 20th century. Blacks didn’t do that.

I worked for a large company with HQ in Europe.
I had colleagues from both Hungary and France (and other places). We would meet daily on Zoom calls.
Most of the Hungarians spoke fluent, unaccented English. It was a pleasure to speak with them. I can't think of any Frenchman that didn't speak heavily accented English.
