You either don't know what plausible deniability means or you are OK with massive corruption, bordering on treason.

"Plausible deniability' means that you know quite well what is going on - actually implied that it is your impetus for it happening - but you have set up 'fall guys' to take the heat if it goes wrong.

Hillary Clinton has used up enough 'plausible deniability' to sustain a century of French government.

If you trace her professional life, you find a trail of 'plausible deniability' debris in her wake.

Clearly you missed where even the WaPo is giving Hillary shite for her throwing hissy fits that WaPo and other news outlets didn’t report on the contents and allegations in the dossier prior to the election.

In other words, she absolutely knew about it well before the election.
