What would you know about being an actual conservative? You’re a democrat. You shilling for Ron doesn’t help him and I’m positive the Ron fans don’t appreciate you doing it. I know I wouldn’t.

All Cult45 cares about is getting Old Don the nomination so they can justify their scorched earth tactics on actual conservatives then claim voter fraud when he gets smoked in the general.

And they'll blame DeSantis and his supporters as well. Which is ironic because there appear to be far more only-Trump voters than only-DeSantis voters. Bannon and Loomer will be complaining that DeSantis didn't give all of his money to Trump that would go towards Trump's legal fees, err, I mean, Trump's 2024 campaign.

Would have to go back and dig into your post history but I'm pretty sure 4-5-6 years ago you were leaning decidedly left....I could be wrong.

I don’t take you for one to be approving of the lawfare the Dems are participating in.

Covid and any associated issues are not going to be an issue that matters in this campaign.

This might end up being right, and if it is - it'll be indicative of how fricked up the American Right is.

Can't speak for him, but no actual conservative would support someone in a primary (key word) who has done the following:

-Celebrated when the Republican lost the Colorado Senate race
-Said Cuomo and Newsom handled Covid better than DeSantis
-Repeatedly praised Charlie Crist
-Said Stacey Abrams would make a better Governor than Brian Kemp
-Attacked pro-life Republicans
-Added nearly $8 Trillion to the debt, which was about as much as Obama did in 4 fewer years
-Supports biological men using Women's restrooms
-Said "Take the guns first, due process second"
-Sabotaged 2 sitting Republicans Senators ahead of the runoff

Any real conservative would want to fricking puke over those things

I think that unlike some of us here, many more Americans than not are quite familiar with the concept of differing interpretations. For example, according to Trump’s level of popularity amongst a wide swath of the right, clearly many, many people do not agree with your interpretation of the items you listed.

100 percent. We agree there. Without parsing the validity of each of the claims you made.

All I want is pre-covid trump policy. Foreign policy. Tax policy. Unemployment policy.

I would like him to do a better job on who he hires and who he trusts. And if a global pandemic occurs I will regret my support.

That would have been a great gig. It would be hard to pass up that kind of money. ;)

Outside of the last one there isn’t much to interpret. Those are just facts.

If you're a post modernist, I guess. Trump said (or posted) this or that, the deficit grew by X amount while he was president; those either happened or they didn't. If you're in the "my truth" crowd, maybe that's subject to interpretation as much as "the earth isn't flat" is subject to interpretation, but I don't know too many people who actually buy that stuff. Even those that claim to are real, real selective about when it applies.

Pre-Covid. What are your thoughts on Trump’s economy, tax policy, and foreign policy?

The simple statement that “the deficit grew by x amount under Trump” is a conclusion that is subject to a great deal of interpretation inasmuch as the context of the conversations in which it is made…..that context is most often how, why, fault, blame etc. That’s a pretty common conversation to have wherein many different interpretations behind the how, why, fault, blame etc are given.

The statement that the earth is flat is a conclusion that some have apparently made and you’re right, there aren’t too many different ways to interpret that. But while quite a straightforward statement leaving little room for interpretation, it’s a pretty uncommon conversation and nowhere near the same situation as the other one referenced above.

Maybe I misunderstood you, but while hopefully a supporter should know some info on those things, so should an opponent - if you don’t know anything about that stuff then how do you really know you don’t like him as a President?
