Desantis has gotten 100x more media coverage than Cuomo, for absolutely nothing. It's because they're terrified of him and because they need a villain on the right to replace their plummeting numbers.
It's amazing too, you go on these Florida journalist twitter accounts where they're railing about Desantis and getting thousands of likes, and the comments are all regurgitated "he's killing people" from random childless divorcee hag cat ladies in Colorado and Pennsylvania.
Seriously 90% of the leftover anti-Trump hysteria types on Twitter, the ones who love the Lincoln Project and Bill Kristol, are 50 something leftist women who are slowly dying alone on social media.

if it's zero it's not stretching the truth is it.
if it's shown as -n like -1 it means no beds icu and one waiting.
public health officers post that weekly or daily.

I know plenty of life long democrats who are thrilled at what a great job he’s done.

I work for a large State agency that is in a perpetual crisis due to staffing problems. This past week he he a town hall meeting with all the brass from around the state to discuss options to improve the personnel problems. No Governor has ever done that.

People are dying left and right because they can't get treated after car accidents, but every report of this is immediately discredited, and hence, you immediately turn away from the anecdotes you originally relied upon.
"Public health officers post weekly". Yes. The ones who said don't wear masks. Vaccines will essentially prevent transmission. Lab leak theory is a conspiracy. The ones who lied about the ICU beds the first time. The ones that prompted mobile hospitals that didn't treat anyone because hospitals just created more ICU capacity. People didn't die for lack of ICU capacity when the country was fighting this blind, they're absolutely not dying because of it now.
The reason we're in this situation with the vaccine is because room temperature IQ, scared-of-their-own-shadow, regurgitating manchildren like you have been trying to socially engineer for the last 18 months instead of sharing facts and telling the truth.
I genuinely loathe the fact that I have to share the country with people like you. And we'll have to hear endlessly about how nobody trusts experts, with the crying coming from the same people who caused the distrust (ie, you).

Would it have been too hard to keep the same policies but procure legit N95 masks for students who want to wear masks in school? Both sides would have appreciated something like that. Instead he’s needlessly alienating anyone who rightfully or wrongly really thinks masks are important. And there are a frick ton of people like that.

Maybe I missed it. Did Desantis do ANYTHING to keep kids from being able to voluntarily mask in school?
