I oppose abortion where the life of the mother isn't in question for the same reason I oppose the murder of those outside the womb. I don't think it's a matter that should be left to the states because it is a fundamental human right to be able to live without someone prematurely ending your life.

Fair enough that you believe this to be the correct solution to the abortion dilemna. I disagree, but I understand your analysis and respect it.
But where do you see this “right” in the Constitution? In our system of limited fedreL powwers (theoretically), where do you see the States or the People having assigned this determination to the feds?
