How many people here are personally pro-choice but oppose RvW based on state’s rights?

Curious to see how small a minority I fall into

My problem is that the right to an abortion can’t be conjured from the constitution therefore it should be handled at the state level.
Roe V Wade is just another exploitation of the vaguely written 14th amendment.
The left has bastardized the 14th for their causes ad nauseum.

No... if it's really her body and her choice then I want to see her selling that pussy

So, I can’t see a possible argument where casual abortion, as in mother’s life isn’t in danger, can ever be morally justified. So if we’re to have a vote on it, I’d vote against it. However, tons of fricked up shite in society we deem acceptable from a legal standpoint, such as infidelity, so as a caveat of democracy if our local governing body says it’s OK based on popular consensus, I accept it and spend my whole dwelling on the immoral implications of it.
That all said, it is a states rights issue as deemed by the 10th amendment of the US Constitution and Roe v Wade has always been illegitimate!

I just don't think that women have the ability to make such an emotional decision. I support abortions in certain circumstances but not with women making the decision.

While not delicately put, you are getting to the heart of the matter.
If the 14th Amendment gives the right to exterminate a pregnancy and kill a potential human being under the premise that the government cannot intrude on what a person can do with their own body, why is that limitation on intrusion limited to abortion?

Kinda.
Pro life, but think it's state's rights.
So a smaller number than you.

State issue, just like education, unions and marriage. Feds need to stick to national defense and border protection.

This is such a shitty comment that I hope it’s trolling.
If not....congrats fricker! You are the living embodiment of the boogeyman the left loves to refer to.

I respect the supreme courts decision

Count me in the pragmatist camp.
I'm moderately pro choice with limits that value life but I absolutely support Roe v Wade and opposed getting rid of it because it will incite the left and alienate independents and the suburbs that conservatives need to win elections.

This is indicative of how much bullshite exists.
The Second Amendment clearly says that the right of the people to bear arms as a Federal right shall not be infringed yet states and municipalities infringe on the right to bear arms all over the country.
Yet, something that is not even remotely mentioned in the constitution is somehow sacrosanct and can’t be touched.
frick that craziness.

I’m not pro RvW. But I believe it should be a state-level question.

Abortion should be banned in all states. Everyone who has one performed and the doctors who perform them should be charged with feticide.
Only time I can condone it is if the childbirth will kill the mother.

I agree. There are countless other issues that matter to me concerning SCOTUS.

It should be a state issue just like murder is.
My question to the avid pro choices is when does the rights to liberty and life begin? when is a person's right and life protected by law? does the mere passage through the birth canal bestow those rights to protection?
If life is a mother's choice when does she lose that choice? in vitro? age 5? age 10? If she can kill her baby at 6 months in the womb why not at age 2 years?

Adds up. I'm sorry ma'am but women are to emotional to make such important decisions. Can you name me one that has? SWB? Crooked Hillary? I'm here to listen.

Comparing the murder of children to education, unions, and marriage is disgusting.

You're a disgusting moron. I didn't make it an equivalency, you did. They are all things the state should decide.
