Did you go to Stanford and graduate?

I didn't vote for Biden
In fact, I've never voted for a DEM for president after 2004

Do you believe that Putin really saw them as a threat

The one thing idiots like this don't realize is we don't care about Russia or the Ukraine.

Everything I can find is 32 kts (37mph).
The largest nuke ever tested was the Tzar Bomb at 56 megatons. This thing has a 100 megaton dirty bomb payload. That is unpleasant.

20 more pages of them telling you that you’re lying, you hate America and you want to suck Putin’s dick.
I've shifted almost all of those discussions
quote:Sans the crudity, he's more or less correct. Granted, it's probably not helpful that virtually every pro-ukrainian poster in the thread amplifies that portion of your opinions as well.
I have definitely said there are overt-Russian supporters posting, and lots of people "totally not supporting Putin, but..." posters posting, but what you posted? Not my style.
I've also clearly stated today that this is all mostly just being anti-American because their party isn't in power, just like how DEMs were anti-America under Trump but are pro-America now. It's just polarized/2-sided political identification.

How often has NATO been used in non-defensive maneuver without UN approval? Serious question.

Well Trump told Putin NATO was obsolete. You don’t think Putin believed Trump?

We don't have to be involved in every fricking war. Trump proved that with a little common sense peace is achievable. US politicians want this war.
Well Trump was preparing Ukraine for war. Remember, he was giving them tanks and artillery, while Obama was giving them pillows and blankets. Even Trump understood that this conflict was different than any conflict we’ve been in before.

Are y'all happy with having to spend so much of the SPR to keep oil prices at a level that doesn't destroy our economy? The oil costs alone of this war are almost assuredly larger than what we've sent Ukraine. Imagine that in perpetuity.
Are you STILL on the “Putin’s price hike” lie?
You actually swallowed that garbage??
Furthermore.. you actually believe the draw from the SPR is having a major dent in the price of crude?? So much that the US economy would be destroyed without it?
Good gosh. Run soak up some more programming like a good little drone. Have you seen what percentage of global output per day is vs the SPR release??

But ... once again ... it is not about the hiker's intent to threaten the snake. It is about the snake's perception of the hiker as a threat.

Holy straw man

It is having some effects. Major? Not sure.

But the Japanese did attack China and Russia in the early twenty century prior to attacking the US so Japan is not a good analogy.
They had already proven to be warlike and aggressive way before 1941.

We don't need NATO to attack Russia though. We don't need to control Ukraine, either.

It's not as if there's any reason to make something up; people can read the thread for themselves. It's another poster who's obsessed with Putin's genitalia and keeps referring to it but they're both saying essentially the same thing.
Again, if you ask someone a question only to ignore what they say because you already think you know not only what they believe but why, it's not a discussion. You're not looking for input. It's some wort of weird intellectual (and I use that word loosely) masturbation.
