How many J6ers should have gone to El Salvadorian prisons?

Potato Joe declares them to be “violent” and works the same deal with Bukele. American citizens shipped overseas subject to who knows what.
It would be unconstitutional then just as it is now. El Salvador can have the illegals, but American citizens should not be shipped overseas to serve out their sentences. How do you enforce the Eighth Amendment in El Salvadorian custody?

Well…you don’t.
That said, no US citizen should be deported to another country to serve out a sentence for a crime committed on US soil.
