I’m not voting for anyone backed by the establishment dbags. I’ll leave it at that. I don’t care what their name is.
You're probably gonna have to find out their names before you vote. I'm pretty sure they won't have ads:
"Vote for me because I'm the establishment dirt bag!"

I will vote for either one. But I would prefer if Trump runs in 2024 and DeSantis ran in 2028

I'd like to take issue with calling us "fans" of any human being in politics, but I take your point.
If the GOP doesn't back Trump, I will not vote for Desantis. Desantis can wait his turn. If he runs, it will by default, instantly elect a democrat President. I MAY vote for Desantis in 5 years from now. He has a lot to prove between now and then, and it should start with him fully distancing himself from the GOP.
To me democrat = republican when it comes to candidates. Outsiders are the only way forward unless the GOP fully reforms as I always say here. The GOP can get fkt. I have 0 faith in them really, anyway. Even if they do allow Trump to be their endorsed nominee.

Sadly, what is also true is that the big money and DC establishment that is behind Desantis will not under any circumstances support Trump. They would prefer any Democrat over Trump.
That is the problem with the Republican Party and the biggest reason to support Trump over Desantis in my opinion.
This is just beyond stupid.
I don't care who allegedly "backs" Desantis
What has Desantis DONE as the Governor of Florida?

Do you actually read this board?

I'm voting GOP for whomever wins the primary.

If he gets the Nomination, it is his turn.
On the flipside, Trump had his turn. Twice. He lost. He will be 78 years old at the time of the election.

What party was Trump the nominee for?

He will elect a democrat if he does that, but whatever you say pal. I will not vote for Desantis if he gets Trump pushed out of the nomination process. It is not right vs left. It's not democrat vs republican. It is political elites vs the people. They give us the illusion of choice, and most of the time they just piss right on it before they give it to us. ie: McCain OR Romney vs Obama being a key example.

You think they supported him?

You mean...losing? You will not vote for Desantis if Trump loses because he isn't as good of a candidate?
lol

I would almost be tempted to vote for that candidate based on honesty!

Is The Cult falling back to unused Clinton campaign strategies?

I mean being selected by a committee that has no interest in what's best for America's future or its citizens.

The Clintons don't own that phraseology. It is a common sense point about timing in my context. With Hillary, she just always felt it was OWED to her.

I will vote for either. Don't care, like both.
Posted on 2/1/23 at 3:35 pm to LuckyTiger
I will vote for the Republican nominee as whoever that person is has to be better than a fricking communist.

They certainly don't.
Just highlighting the similar mindset behind both.

I would vote for DeSantis easily. But the way the DeSantis bros talk about DeSantis, they make him sound weak and unable to win without Trump supporting him. I don't want to vote for someone so weak.
Trump didn't need anyone's help. He took down the entire line up with ease. Can DeSantis win without Trump?
