The most he could possibly be charged with is seditious conspiracy. Statute of limitations is 5 years.

Well you know i think Obama and his cabal will be charged if the evidence is adequate to ensure a conviction in the sense that most Federal charges are resulting in conviction (99%). So in that case Obama and his Cabal will ask for plea deal probably no jail time for either admission or lesser charge…..this is how it is done……

Trumps biggest flaw is his unwillingness to charge former high ranking officials with crimes because he has it seems the mistaken belief that it will be reciprocated. He has often said, the DOJ should not ever be used as a weapon against your enemies.
