And you wonder why BLM will never make a comeback.
I think you missed the point of the OP. BLM got media traction because Trump was the president. Once Biden was elected, the media stopped reporting on BLM and excessive force used by police, despite the police killing more and more people each year of Biden's term.
Now that Trump is back, I expect to see the media reporting on this again.

quote:Well. Any fricking halfwit that relates police shootings or misconduct to whomever is President at any given time has no fricking idea how police are run in this nation. So, it they're so stupid that they get agitated or sit on their hands depending on who is President, they deserve to be summarily ignored.

74 people killed by police were unarmed.
Ok, so how many were armed?
Also, how many of the 74 attacked the cop, or another person, without a weapon?

Won't happen, so many white liberals lost their careers and had to walk on eggshells when Critical race theory and black supremacy was in vogue.
Those same media elites aren't going to let that genie out of the bottle again.
It's a threat to them.
You know in 2020 if one of them said "I'm a white blonde I don't need to fear police" they would have gotten cancelled.
Successful people are self motivated towards success.
They made a mistake in 2020, they won't make one again.

I don't think so because it confirms the racial bias in policing.

quote:-Places with alot of crime get more police
racial inequities in policing
-Demos in those areas will get more interactions due to higher presence
-Higher interaction levels mean greater chance for negative interaction
-When police are reduced in high crime areas, those same demos demand the return of higher police presence
Glad we had this talk

Why are you using the word confirm there.
It's only a shared delusion.
I do invite you to say that to any BLM advocates.

Stereotype much?
What traits are you assigning based upon a made up race?

You are a member of the most privileged demographic on the planet. It’s not shocking that you’re out of touch.

I doubt little is anywhere close to accurate.

An American? Damn right.
White, black, Asian, straight, gay, Muslim, catholic, atheist.
All are extremely privileged.
You do know if you make 34k a year…. YOU ARE THE 1%
Be a big girl and admit you were wrong. It’s okay. Admitting your mistake is the first step to learning and being a better person.

I highly doubt they can organize like they did in 2020 without the USAID, ActBlue money laundering scheme.

Really...
You know how I grew up?
I can tell you that I was raised in the working class.
My wife who is also white was raised in absolute poverty.
I can tell you I'm missing teeth because my parents couldn't afford the dental bills for their kids.
Dentist know there is cultural dental poverty. Want to know someone raised in privilege? Perfect teeth.
I can tell you that I've worked in orphanages and rehabs.
I can tell you that most of my friends growing up were some type of minority.
I worked my way through school, it took a while.
And know what, most of the white black and Asians I work with are completely different than I am.
The black engineers all golf just like the white ones, they all went golfing with their dads.
None of them are missing teeth.
I've had managers from rich families tell me that someone else was going to present because their voice sounds (read accent) "more professional"
One of my dear friends happens to be a black woman from an absolutely poor background, and she and I have far more in common in how we were raised than with the vast majority of our co-workers. Same with one of my white male friends who was raised in the working class.
Going to meetings where people talk about going to wine tastings, or their now two rental/investment homes... That's privilege, and black, white, Asian, they all had well off families, they all had school paid off, they all got houses in their 20s.
They didn't miss student loan payments to make the rent.
The most privileged demographic on the planet is the rich.
How were you raised? How much wealth was in your family for you to take such a elitist view that all white people must be privileged and minorities not.
