How is it not racist to wish for less white people?

I hear all the time from liberals that we need less white people and more brown and black people. I hear constant predictions from liberals all the time of whites being a minority at some point.
So how is it not racist to want less white people?
And since they're being honest about their intentions, how is it racist for whites to push back against it?

I am for immigrants who are educated working people regardless of race. So is our President. I am totally against taking in the worlds poor and uneducated regardless of race also. We are not the worlds babysitter and Nanny for poor people who will never assimilate and are simply here for the free goods. Maintaining our culture is important. How is this wrong?

I've never met Tbird. I think I'd love the guy. I have no idea how "black" his skin is. I've never met StrongSafety. I don't think I'd enjoy his miserable company one bit. I have no idea how black his skin is.

Pointing out blatant double standards and ridiculous hypocrisy is not claiming victimhood. We both know that simply substituting "white" for "black" would create a firestorm in almost all situations. For example:
Miss White America
Congressional White Caucus
White Entertainment Television
The United Caucasian College Fund
The list goes on ad infinitum. Would you have a problem with any of these entities existing? If so, why?
