Funding, planning and organizing groups to stop federal law enforcement operations should be an easy OoJ charge all the way up the chain of these NGOs.
What am I missing? No SoL as this is happening now.

They should be charged.
As should the business owners who are employing illegals.
Best way to get them to go back home is to make life here difficult as possible.

Sounds a lot like sedition with a RICO flavoring.

Watching some press conference in NYC now where they're celebrating the apparently foiled ICE raids. Talking about throwing out charges against protesters and demonizing the NYPD. I say stop raiding in these blue cities. Make it known that ICE will not raid in NY, LA, and Chicago then pull any and all federal funding possible. Get all of the illegals to go to those cities and leave them to drown in the mess they make.

I blame the people in charge for this shite. Start arresting these assholes and prosecuting them in federal courts. Give ICE more people. All those Feds sitting on their assess need to out in the streets with ICE. And if they won't do the job, fire their asses. The shite that happened in NYC cannot happen again. fricking embarrassing.

Really would be nice to get some stats on arrests, convictions, and sentences. I think that would go a long way to satisfy some frustrations seeing these types of jackasses continuing to break the law.

Progressives pretend "protests" are sacred.

That's a good question...why isn't the protestors who get in the way not charged with obstruction of justice? And all the "do-good" white, old folks who have nothing better to do should be put in jail.
