re: How hard does military recruiting numbers fall in the next few months?

The Biden Military will drop standards, enhance financial rewards, vet along Ideological/Racial lines...and swing the doors open to those Antifa/BLM insurrectionists on the street.

These people are smart; more so than some of their blunders would indicate.

Guerilla warfare has always been effective against foreign invaders with superior technology.

Anybody who has ever been in the army could see this coming a mile away. From desegregation on the Army has been used as a mode and method of societal change. And when the army is given a job, an order, or directive it is implemented. One really doesn’t get the option of implementing a policy or order but having private reservations. I mean, as an officer or NCO, you can have them, but you damned well can’t express them in the slightest. As such, you have to be careful.

All it takes one true believer to become a battalion or brigade commander and he will make it his mission to root out those who aren’t sufficiently onboard with the agenda. The guys who are all in get the top OERs and move on to become battalion and brigade commanders themselves. The guys who aren’t, don’t and get out at twenty as an LTC or more likely, after five or six as an O-3 and move on with life. The guys who were Brigade and Battalion commanders get stars and start weeding out everyone. Soon, the whole damned army is a social justice converged mess.

The military is more susceptible to this sort of thing than any other organization because the concept of the private man separate and apart from his job is at the very least abbreviated. One has to be all in because one can literally order others to die. If you order others to do things you really don’t believe yourself, it becomes apparent pretty quickly and good order and discipline break down.

This has been my experience as well. Everyone tries to romanticize the volunteer aspect of military service, but it is largely based on what is best for the individual, just like almost everything else we do.

Most of the kids joining today have been under the influence of leftist indoctrination their entire lives. The factory will keep churning out compliant soldiers, airmen, sailors, and marines.

The problem is that any organization that is not explicitly conservative and anti-SJW, eventually becomes completely converged with SJWs. You have to root them out and fire them at the first hint of SJW idiocy, or they rise in the organization and eventually take over.

The civic nationalism America is an idea colorblind bullshite that your average Republican has bought into hook line and sinker over the last fifty years make them especially vulnerable to this bullshite. I mean, if you can’t even correctly identify your enemy amongst yourselves because it isn’t politically correct, what hope do you have of winning the war?

When the recruiter has to answer for falling for enlistment numbers, don't you think he will cite this as one of the reasons? Don't think for a second, the brass doesn't delve deep into why things aren't going as wished.
