Obama said he was going to fundamentally transform America. He fired over a hundred generals that weren't democrats. He did the same in the CIA, FBI, DOJ and the State Department. He installed his like minded democrats and they only hired other democrats. The Republicans were still assuming that the government hired both parties equally, but while they were asleep, Obama transformed all the government agencies. Now they do his bidding and are transforming America.

It’s simple.
Republicans endorse leadership for federal LE that are going to maintain the status quo. Which is unfortunately “don’t do anything that hurts government”
Progressives put people in charge that are going to go after political enemies.
What we NEED is somebody that will enforce the law regardless of party and stature and install leaders for these agencies that are of the same mind…but that’s a pipe dream.

Its pretty simple.
All of these types of orgs, LEO, military, etc, are very authority driven. Chain of command is scared.
So when the leadership gets replaced with shite leadership, the body follows the head. The body may not like it, but an order is an order. And that is respected, universally.

Wray explained it during his testimony a while back. Said that the FBI is now focusing on hiring college grads from Ivy league schools (he spoke like this was a good thing).
In the old days, the FBI was comprised of Cops who worked their way up or college grads from middle America. Those days are gone. It's all purple haired SJW's with gender studies degrees now.

In biden's first mth in office his administration hired 14 of Obama's 18 inner circle. Obama is like China, he's always looking at the big, long term picture. His forte is filling in the lower ranks of every Federal agency with his activists, knowing in time they will work their way up to upper level positions. He gutted the FBI's lower ranks & filled those ranks with his sleepers.

Having worked in both federal (Military) and state (State Patrol) government agencies, I can say that the longer someone's salary is taxpayer funded, the more they feel entitled to it and their motives shift from selfless service to job security.
In the private sector, it's different. You're either providing measurable value or you are expendable.
Your budget in government is literally based on how much you spend, not how well you manage it.

Real enforcement of real laws happens almost exclusively at the local level. The FBI’s purpose was always to serve as a political enforcement arm of the federal government. Wilson started the FBI to go after the America First people who didn’t think the US should be involved in Europe’s wars. They are no different than the Gestapo or the KGB, we’ve just been propagandized relentlessly all our lives to think they serve a worthy cause.

I'm not sure that personal political leaning has that much to do with the corruption on the FBI, CIA, etc. It's all about power. The FBI has always been a corrupt organization. From the early days J. Edgar Hoover collected dossiers on American political figures and used the information control them. FBI agents gather politically damaging information on government figures, both elected and appointed, using that information to get what they want.
Right now they are working with leftists, because the leftists have the government. They could just as easily work with an extreme right wing faction, if those were the ones holding the elected offices.
It's not so much that the DNC controls the FBI as it is the FBI controls the DNC.
