How do you stop campaign texts?

I try to block the numbers early and often, by about the 10th, I got all the fake/computer outbound numbers for the cycle.
For some reason, I just feel like typing “Stop” back to them, would just confirm to them they have a live number

Doesn't work. Nothing works. They come from a different number every time. Say stop to one, won't stop another number.
