How do you punish a powerful person who publicly targets children on Twitter ?

Honest question. Short of violence (which we all abhor), what can be done to cause enough discomfort and pain so as to disincentivize this shameless, bullying behavior?
Or are we just going to allow this to be the new ProgFilth norm?
There is no solution is there?

Boycott whatever product or business they are associated with and actually stick to it. Don't just pretend to be outraged and then give them your money next week.
I don't buy StarBucks
I don't shop at Target
I now no longer buy Procter & Gamble shite.
If people actually COMMITTED to these things, you could make these people suffer.

go after anyone who sponsors them or is sponsoring anything they are even remotely involved in.
financial hardship and loss of income is the only way to make them pay a price for their vile disgusting behavior.
it only takes a few high profile names for word to get out and they check their stupidity pretty quickly.
kathy griffin especially needs criminal charges filed for doxing those kids, that was a clear crime against minors and child abuse

I have been making a mental list and avoid anyone who I even suspect is trying to shove this new age bullshite in their advertising.
Of course I don't buy much but groceries anymore

You got to hit their wallets.
I am surprised at how many people that consider themselves Conservatives/Republicans listen to or watch Liberal networks or use Liberal platforms like Twitter.
DVR's , cable boxes, satellite radio etc . is what Nielsen uses now to get "ratings". That's what a business uses to gauge how much to pay media outlets for advertisements.
I tease my very conservative Mother In-Law all the time about watching programs on NBC. She just doesn't get it.
