How do white nationalists explain places that are white but totally dysfunctional?

I'm thinking places like Appalachia and central Russia. Places with all of the same social pathologies of the worst black ghetto or Hispanic barrio that are near 100% white. I mean how can you possibly explain that if you believe whites are a superior race?

The same way BLM, the Black Panthers, etc explain places like Detroit or the poorest, most-crime ridden neighborhoods in every major US city: it's the fault of some other group.

shite people on here freaked the frick out when National Review published an article applying the same critical lens to poor white culture as people on here love to apply to poor black culture. Apparently, it was totally unfair and "yankee condescension" to note that many of the supposedly "ghetto pathologies" are also prevelant among poor whites.

Poor leadership can happen in any culture. All cultures are capable of falling into chaos. Are all cultures capable of flourishing with free peoples?
