Fact check the media fake news and make sure social media not only knows that it's bullshite, but also include references and links that prove it's bullshite.
In the case of things like "Trump said there was a terror attack in Sweden," simply post a quote of what Trump said, which never mentioned a "terror attack."
It's not difficult. The media is doing this every day now. Keep exposing their lies and making sure as many people as possible see that they are irrefutably lying.
