Pacific route is only to Mexico, only for transshipment through US ports of Entry.
It's like golf, they aren't trying for a hole in one. It's much easier to put across the border after they use a driver to get to Mexico.

First of all, 4 motors with 300hp doesn’t even give me a chub these days. 5 and 6 motors or 4 outboards with 600hp is the new top of the line.

Says the person who tries to swat away mentions of past FISA abuse against presidential candidates as “a melt” and has zero interest in the prosecution of the people responsible for it.
Oh and also zero mentions of the Jack Smith special counsel spying of GOP senators. Zero. And even defends Judge Boasberg who signed off on the subpoenas for the spying.

Its the most effective way to stop any drugs coming from South America, and no US rights are being affected.

The "foreign national" aspect is irrelevant. These actions of the government are not specifically limited to foreign national (we have done similar killings of US citizens before under the same terrible WOT-related statutory authority).
