The Indians have a Caste system they bring over here. They treat everything like crap. Don't take care of buildings, bring down neighborhoods, and if you deal with them, get ready to get paid on 60 or 90 days or longer as they too often put off payment as late as possible.

There are several reasons, let us break them down. These are just reasons, not representative of my view personally though.

1. They are taking jobs Americans actually would like - Indians are going into high-earning careers in medical, IT, engineering, and other STEM areas. Many instances they are not very good at what they do, but companies are rolling the dice when sometimes the labor cost is lower. While this is not that valid with H1B changes now, there is a younger generation of Indians born here that negates the H1B but still can bring a lower cost than your entitled caucasian.

2. They clump together and do not assimilate into "American" culture - They tend to work and live together in geographical areas, and bring their "India" with them. They do not want Kroger grocery stores or McDonalds food, they want traditional Indian options. Several parts of American cities could be placed in India without issue now.

3. Their religion is not our religion - Christianity is 63% of America and many of our South of the border guests the same way. Indians come with a completely different religion and their own holidays.

4. Academics is their focus for children - Going back to point 1 and their STEM/Medical focus, parents understand the importance of education, which is trivial to many natural born Americans. Black and White Americans do not put a focus enough on education. Many US parents think their child is going to be a professional athlete or just going to college is enough with that degree in Gender Studies. Indians dominate in STEM areas, with most not being naturally intelligent, but putting in the extra works to get there. Academics is their sport and Indian parents make their kids practice at it.

5. When in power, they look out for themselves - Indians hire other Indians, plain and simple. They are a minority, and do not get the extra scrutiny of their hiring practices. Many times it is a product of the close groups they keep and just simply help each other out.

The list could go on, but those are some of the reasons out there. The exploded in population thanks to companies using H1B for lower cost and another huge reason, Americans were not focusing on the needs of America. We pushed too many of our kids into worthless degrees and fields, where we should have pushed them into what would make America better. India has 1 billion more people than the USA, which is staggering. If we do not make our younger generation fill the needs of this country, other countries will do it for us. I am tied to a STEM company and we simply cannot hire natural born engineers, because they physically do not exist. It is deal with H1B and immigration attorneys or just pass on work.

Short version - Parents of Gen Z and Alpha, put your kids in STEM programs. They are not going to play in the MLB/NBA/NFL and we have enough barristas with all the lazy millennials

there are ungodly amounts of stories about how an Indian will come in as a CTO or something and then start a daisy chain of H1Bs and fire americans and then (due to contract,) force them to train their Indian replacements.

been happening for 20 years.

they're not smarter or better. they've just gamed the system so they keep getting in power.

Somehow Indians have a monopoly on H1B visas. I blame all these tech companies. Even the CEOs of these tech companies are Indian. (Google and Microsoft)

Small company of around 50. I used the term engineers generically, however the details is what matters.



Where you are getting 200,000+ from? H1B hires cost more than domestic now and come with more headaches.
