You can't be serious, there's no one who post lower quality unsupported material than you.

Stop acting like this is some formal or academic research setting. It is a political message board
Which you interpret as a misinformation board.
Do you have no shame?
When others correct you you immediately go defensive, if all you are interested in is debate then why do you cling so fing hard to insisting that you are right?
Would it be that hard to admit obvious things like oh yeah maybe bombers don't fly in formation anymore.

Stop and use your brain for just one moment before getting bent out of shape about crap like this...
You are getting worked up because someone said the Russians might put nuclear "tips" on their Air-to-Air missiles. Does such a statement not immediately scream out "a freaking idiot made this statement"?
The statement continues that it would be very helpful to use nuclear tipped ATA missiles to counter stealth fighters such as the F-35. This means that in this scenario, a NATO F-35 would be flying in Russian airspace over Russian lands conducting strikes against Russian targets. Do you honestly think the Russians would use "nuclear-tipped" air-to-air missiles to engage an enemy target over their own territory? Do you realize that the impact of the weapon would be felt not only by the targeted enemy aircraft, but also by everyone within the blast range, everyone who might just happen to be looking that direction at the time of the warhead's detonation, and everyone who lived downwind of where the engagement took place?
I have a feeling that you get caught up too easily in the click-bait stories on the news sites you visit.

How am I getting worked up? I just shared a article

Our Government made the statement. Specifically a U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency Report.

This is Incorrect. These missiles are long range and designed to be used against aircraft before they reach your territory.
"This allows Russian aircraft, such as the MiG-31BM, Su-35S, and potentially Su-57, to engage targets like AWACS, tankers, or fighters from standoff distances, remaining outside the range of most enemy air-to-air missiles."

I am Generally curious why you feel this way.
Have you seen their military capability the last 3 years. Everything they have said is a lie.

Nah. After doing more research this seems to be aimed at taking out entire squadrons of aircraft with a low yield nuclear explosion at high altitude.

wasnt there a claim that they used a hypersonic weapon in Ukraine within the last few months?
Posted on 5/23/25 at 12:19 pm to John Barron
Absurd and useless in modern combat

You have to be able to lock them up first. Good luck with that.

ICBM's are hypersonic, germans had them in world war 2, this is nothing new.

Believe nothing those morons say.

I don't know if you are purposely ignoring the below fact or you are slow. This was an Assessment done by our own Defense Intelligence Agency. So you are calling our own U.S. DIA, Morons?
"This is not coming from Russia. This is based of a U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency Report
"The nuclear-tipped R-37M air-to-air missile, as reported by the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency in its 2025 Worldwide Threat Assessment, represents a significant advancement in Russia’s aerospace capabilities due to its unique combination of long-range, hypersonic speed, and nuclear warhead."

Incorrect. I provided the article to promote a discussion about the the U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency Report. I have no personal feelings one way or the other because I have no bias for or against Russia. I just take the information and use it to expand my knowledge. On the other hand, you seem to have a Bias against Russia. Would you like to show me on the Doll where Putin touched you?

In all seriousness, we have some stuff in our arsenal that is 50 years beyond this.
Yet we still couldn't, or wouldn't, defeat the Taliban.

That link shows that 15 engineer/scientists were arrested for "taking this tech to others outside of Russia"
There is something that is distinctive about these Russian weapons - development way past any ICBM or german ww2 rocket
I would also be interested in the one that Putin favored.

Where does it say that?
It's a real report.
it says
quote:
Russia is expanding its nuclear forces by adding new capabilities, including nuclear air-to-air missiles and novel nuclear systems. Russia probably maintains a nuclear stockpile of about 1,550 deployed strategic warheads and up to 2,000 non-strategic warheads. Russia is expanding its nuclear posture to Belarus by establishing missile and nuclear-capable aircraft capabilities, renovating a nuclear weapons storage site, and training Belarusian crews to handle tactical nuclear weapons. Throughout the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Russia has used nuclear-related rhetoric and military exercises to signal its resolve and deter Russia-perceived Western
involvement in the conflict. However, Russia is very unlikely to use nuclear weapons in the conflict unless Russian leadership judged it faced an existential threat to the regime.

We are alone. I'm not saying life doesn't exist elsewhere, but it isn't here.
