How confident are we that a jury will find maduro guilty?

What if there are a handful of far left folks on the jury who either outright support maduro or refuse to find him guilty as a protest against Trump?

Doesn’t matter, he’s done in Venezuela, and that’s the point

If it’s a NYC jury, that’s a real concern.

I'm waiting for some a-hole Democrat judge to instruct Trump to bring Maduro back to his country.

Trump indicated they are considering South Florida.
'He knows a New York jury saturated with TDS will acquit him.

Dems will howl on about how Trump doesn’t have the legal authority to draw a breath without congressional approval, then squeal in delight as an unelected federal judge unilaterally shapes US policy from his bench.

Im not confident they will or not. If he’s not guilty though just let him go back to Venezuela after their new elections. I know the people will be glad to have him back.

The precedent is Noriega. I think it will be straightforward.

Trump mentioned Miami as a possibility but the indictments were from SDNY.

Not sure how that works.

But going to Pakistan to kill Bin Ladin was OK with them. If Trump had done it Bin Laden would have been an Islamic scholar.

Killing Bin Ladin was praised by Republicans because they, unlike the Dims want what is best for America regardless of who gets the credit.
