It's called a leading question, and Schiff would have been laughed out of any court room for asking such a stupid, leading question.

As a general rule of thumb (and I think most defense attorneys would agree with this) if you're accused of doing something wrong it's best to shut the frick up about anything having to do with the matter.

This situation is an exception to that general rule of thumb. Situation meaning the ongoing trial in the court of public opinion.

His attorneys don't have as good of a track record as you might think

Hell one of them was Michael Cohen who is constantly blasted on here and Trump kept him employed for over a decade and over a year into his presidential term.

And for speculation and soliciting layperson opinion and too many other things to list.

Dems would have about a 30 minute case to put on in a courtroom setting once all the stuff that would be excluded is thrown out.

At some point public opinion ceases to matter

I was referring to the fact that Trump has elevated his position to a position far loftier than an average defense attorney. I might trust Trump here over them and certainly you.

How is telling the truth about someone without threatening them "intimidation"?

Not if his dumb arse talks himself into getting impeached (which I find unlikely)

If trump's tweet was witness intimidation, then Schiff is an ACCESSORY to the intimidation.
Schiff enabled the witness to receive the message during her testimony.

What a Schiff for brains on a pathetic little pencil neck! :

He's certainly got a unique way about himself, in terms of how he handles that part of the whole thing, his defense in the court of public opinion.

I wouldn't say he knocks it out of the park each and every time. It's easier said than done from the outside looking in.

How can you intimidate someone who doesnt know you are intimating them until the head of the committee reads the intimidation?

Schiff had to tell her. Then she felt REALLY intimated. And that makes it an impeachable offense.

Makes perfect sense. Intimidating a witness who didn't witness anything and wasn't aware she was being intimated until being told by the Chairman of the committee doing the impeachin'.

That thing reeked of a setup.

Granted, DJT didn’t help by sending the tweet but that aside, if it hadn’t been that, Schiff would’ve worked something in along those lines.

Which wasn’t even intimidating.

That’s why I think this was a setup.

Is this a serious or sarcastic post. If serious, then you should just stop embarrassing yourself.
