She didn't even know she was being intimidated. I've seen School Board meetings more exciting than this shite.

Schiff had to tell her. Then she felt REALLY intimated. And that makes it an impeachable offense.

Makes perfect sense. Intimidating a witness who didn't witness anything and wasn't aware she was being intimated until being told by the Chairman of the committee doing the impeachin'.

Trump certainly has the First Amendment right of free speech. But maybe Nunes or one of the other GOP brain trust, should remind him he also has Miranda rights.

Especially item 2.

Why would he be concerned about those? He's done nothing wrong.

You're stupid, aren't you?

It was the only interesting thing to happen today. It was so boring, I'm glad Trump spiced it up.

I notice Schiff even asked her opinion with a prospective question, thinking he's so shrewd and clever: "How do you feel these tweets affect others who seek to testify?" Or something very similar.

Any Trump tweet is intimidation now!! Schiff's a rascal I tell ya. Such the chess master.

This is political theatre, no intimidation will hold up because it’s not a court of law. Stupid people are just that....

He's going to get to the point where "Well, he defended himself. That's obstruction of justice. How can we impeach him if the public takes his side? He's obstructing our impeachment efforts."

And this, folks, is why women shouldn't have jobs.

Way to set back your stupid movement.

From the NY Times:

President Trump tweeting in real time while Marie Yovanovitch was testifying before the House Intelligence Committee may or may not amount to intimidation of a witness.

That said, it’s time to remind all Americans what Joseph Welch said during the 1954 Army-McCarthy hearings: “Have you no sense of decency, sir?”

Trump is the worst criminal in American history since Jefferson Davis.

Yeah and it was exhibit A that Sciff has nothing. Otherwise he wouldn’t have distracted everyone from the testimony with a tweet.

A tweet with zero threats I might add.

And of course when he doesn't defend himself....well you know what that means. "Consciousness of guilt"....another profound concept invoked by Dems.

As a general rule of thumb (and I think most defense attorneys would agree with this) if you're accused of doing something wrong it's best to shut the frick up about anything having to do with the matter.

Trump has not mastered the art of knowing when to shut the frick up.
