You made that up.
And looking through those heritage stances I was reading it wrong. I thought thumbs up just meant yes vote and thumbs down meant no vote. It means whether they agreed with heritage.
For example, on Ukraine funding there is two thumbs down. I thought that meant heritage is a no and Massie is a no.
It means heritage is a no and Massie voted the opposite; he voted for more Ukraine funding.
