What I believe is that the more our country looks like chaos, the worse we do in the midterms. Which is why it is critical to get our travel networks back under control now.

No it isn't. It's reality. It was only ever bad in couple spots, like Atlanta, and deploying ICE agents fixed those issues immediately. My in-laws flew out of Atlanta just today and had no issues.

This. If the House really punts on this and goes to break, the continuation of the DHS shutdown is 100% on them. Democrats essentially gave them what they wanted and accepted the loss.
