I'm always surprised when no one on this board steps up to defend civil asset forfeiture

This is something I was very disappointed in Obama about. He could have done a lot of good.

I'm sure some sheriff in some Parish will lament the loss of his crime fighting ability. But he will be lying. Seized cash is factored into the budget of most agencies and an easy way to get money. This the Patriot Act, stop and frisk drive me mad.

I wish the electorate had enough sense to see this guy has the stuff that presidents are made of. FYI, they do not.

Obama not rolling back Civil Asset Forfeiture, Too Big To Fail, and The Patriot Act are still my biggest beefs.

His ideological positions will prevent him from being too popular. Mainstream Republicans and Democrats will hate him like they did Ron Paul
