FYI, If you’re interested.
The House of Representatives will vote on a new Speaker at noon (today/Tuesday) as Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, seeks to garner the 217 votes required to get him across the finish line. Rep. Steve Scalise, R-La., failed to get enough support as nominee last week.

Members are currently voting to establish a quorum.

Heard Hakeem say this morning they wanted to moderate R.
I was like, bitch, you are no moderate so STFU.

Any GOP member voting Jeffries may as well cross the aisle permanently because they will be persona non grata.

What Jeffries is trying to do is pick, his moderate republican choice (read his bitch), then peel off 10-18 republicans that would vote for a “moderate gop”, then have the dems come in and vote for him/her.
So just a better disguise of the same damn thing

Notes:
- Predictions are the voting will go more than one round
- As was the case with McCarthy’s Speaker vote in January, Rep. Victoria Spartz will vote Present, which will lower the threshold of votes needed

Democrats are such children with them saying “he said no”. Nonsense.
Jordan not passing a single bill in 16 years of Congress is probably the best thing about him.

Yep.
And now they’re chanting “Hakeem.”
Overly emotional and embarrassing.
Par for the course.
