Civil court cases have such a low bar and are used as get rich schemes.
They also do not indicate guilt at all.
But you knew that. Hopefully.
Again, Jay-z should have his day in court.
Criminal.

federal government has said he did nothing wrong
Link? And just to be clear not charging is different from exonerating him.

I doubt she does. I imagine her background is pretty shady too.

Well why even bring up Jay having his day in court… the situation we’re discussing was about people jumping to conclusions… Jay-Z situation different because we not sure if the “victim” has every even met Jay-Z… y’all argument sounds like since a state issued “fake ID” was involved Gaetz is absolved of all fault

It sucks. If leaders are engaged in criminal behavior, then bringing it all to light is the most responsible thing you can do.

Why would they release a report with evidence before someone is charged.
I can’t wait until he has to admit he’s a creep, and will plead guilty on live tv. fricking scum.

I'm tired of this "if its your guy he didnt do anything so we need to take up for him" attitude both sides have been portrayting.
There are pieces of garbage on both side of this aisle so I'm sick and tired of people trying to act likes theres not.
Just look at Gaetz. He looks like a scumbag, privileged white dude. If he showed some humility he wouldnt have gotten his arse targeted in the first place.
Get smarter.

He may be a creep, but you sure hate due process. Are you not aware of the facts of the investigations?

Yep, none are on our side. It's a good ole boys club

Why is the House investigating this and not law enforcement?

They already have. FBI investigated. DOJ convened a grand jury. Grand jury did not recommend an indictment.
It's painfully obvious that this was a hit piece in retaliation for the McCarthy removal. My only hope is that Matt seeks revenge. I believe the strong majority of Trump voters were in favor of booting Kev. This operation will hopefully backfire on every single one of these shitbags.

He was investigated and not charged
Innocent until proven guilty
Ever heard of that?

This isn't a legal report, it's an ethics report. You can violate an ethical standard (as if congress has one) and not break any laws.
It's bullshite that they're releasing it but it's got nothing to do with due process or criminal law.

You think that procedurally they normally don’t let the object of the report answer accusations?
