Can they refuse? I know the FCC has rules prohibiting refusal of political ads, but I'm not sure if that would apply here.

I just watched a montage of the dems, media, Pentagon Spox guy, Circle Back, DEFEND MILLEY.

I only turned on Fox News because of Milley. Graham was on some show with a black guy I had never seen defending Milley halfass; and blaming Biden for Afghanistan.

I saw this commercial and almost got sick. I noticed they didn't show the people chasing planes in Kabul. The commercial said Biden was a hero for evacing people and ending a war.

It was like watching the CCP news. I am going to watch Tucker to see the montage of what the filth said today about Milley.

I am very scared for our country right now watching the media and dems defend Milley as a hero they all have confidence in.

Federal Communications Commission law dictates that stations give federal candidates “reasonable access” to air time for ads.

“If you said, well, I’m going to run your ads at two in the morning, you could make a case that’s not reasonable access,” Watson stated.

Stations can reject ads that violate federal obscenity laws.

They can also reject ads from third-party organizations like Political Action Committees, but not the candidates themselves.

The bottom line -- you may not like that there are so many ads or what they all say, but there’s not much your local television station can do.
Huntsville FOX station article

So they in fact DO have the option of not running commercials from political action committees, but not from candidates themselves. Biden is NOT running for office, so FOX NEWS is, in fact, choosing to accept and run these ads.

I agree that Wallace, Cavuto, and some of the other Fox people are fake conservatives but no one is more MAGA than Tucker and Gutfeld isn’t far behind.

They've been pushing farther and farther but this narrative is a dangerous precedent. Basically nothing is illegal, off limits, or dangerous to the country if it's anti-Trump. Anything pro-Trump can attacked any way, legally or illegally. A black man can be called a white supremacist for simply having similar policies to Trump. We all can talk tough but we all need to be worried about what's next

Perhaps one who suffered issues with head trauma with the explosion that took his legs? That's all I got!
