This and the savings rate is next to 0. Hardly anyone is saving anything right now, especially Millennials and Gen Z.
Credit cards has to be the next big bubble. I hate it because, like other responsible adults, I pay my credit card off monthly. But a huge amount of this country have maxed out credit cards and we know the bailout for those people is coming.
This economy runs on endless consumer spending. The elites in DC (the uni-party really) know they will have to bail out people in terms of credit card debt or the economy will crumble.

It’s not complicated. Trump fricked up with the war in Iran. His constant incoherent rambling doesn’t help. He’s done and it’s his own fault.

Anyone with a 401k is doing well.
Employment is still good.
Inflation isn't bad (6% January 2023).
