People can rant on the internet all they want about it but things won't change unless an employee sues saying this pages creates a hostile work environment.
The best would be to attack them on the "Christian Privilege" argument since I know that Home Depot stores are closed in suburban New York for Jewish Holidays like Rosh Hashannah and Yom Kippur.
Again, stop if this ever happens to you, don't just sit there and take it. Sue, you will probably win.

Home Depot issued a statement saying that while it supports diversity at the company, the worksheet was not created or approved by its corporate diversity, equity and inclusion department.
“This was a resource in our Canadian division and not part of any required programming," the company said.
