They’ve long since been woke. I left them 20 years ago and traded with Lowes because of some homo wokeness issues of which I can’t now recall specifics. I’m sure now Lowes is woke as well . I mostly trade with our local hardware and building supply store now, but go to Lowes if I need to patronize a chain building supply store

I feel like the super woke crowd isn’t exactly Home Depot’s main customer base. So instead risk pissing off suburban folks and very un-woke contractors who tend to make up the majority of Home Depot shoppers? Sounds like a dumb business plan

And I’ll just check off all 7 of their privilege boxes…with my working a full time job to go to college part time, never being arrested, and working to get to a point in life where my current job allows me to be off for weekends and holiday, which wasn’t always the case. frick Home Depot and their blue haired hipster HR rep who came up with this BS…one more reason to shop the local Ace Hardware

I was about to say, so do people that don’t have to think about paying Uncle Sam have privilege? Or do we have privilege because our income is stolen?


Also plenty of straight people have fear of public restrooms. Plenty of white people don’t like cops. I’m trying to think about Christian holidays other than Christmas you are off of work. I mean Easter is Sunday. So unless you work at a restaurant or a gas station you weren’t working anyway. The abled body one, okay. But are we all supposed to break our legs to be equal?
