A none US citizen on foreign soil publishing anything the US deems classified for the GRU is still not subject to US laws . Hell he should not even be charged with anything even if he hacked the Pentagon. He can however be assassinated.

If true he should be put in jail. But I though that was Manning and Wikileaks just published Manning's findings. That is totally legal FWIW. The MSM publishes leaked classified information all the time. It's the leaker that committed the crime not the publisher and Wikileaks is a publisher.

I’m reading the report, specifically the DNC hacking and Wikileaks parts. Mueller and team reference all of this information that the Russian GRU downloaded from the DNC, my question is how do they know that?
My understanding is the server was never turned over to the FBI, it was handled by Crowdstrike for “forensic examination.” Is Mueller just going off crowdstrike’s report?

That is not him clearing JA. JA is not indicted for publishing. They (bad guys/DS) want him indicted for actively being a part of stealing documents... which he didn't do.
