Because our government is fricked up. They believe that it's poor optics if they arrest Biden or Obama...so they'll give those two people a special pass that allows them to be above the law no matter what they do. Not just them. Even the top brass of our permanent government...such as Comey, McCabe, strzok, etc.. will be untouchable.

Poor optics be damned. If they break the law, they should be held accountable. That's the only way to eventually clear the swamp out.
