Please email and call both of these people. Let's get this jerk in some trouble - even if it's just a suspension. Let's make him sweat.
ETA - I called and got an admin assistant immediately. It's the right department to call. She took my name and number and it seems like they're getting some calls already. She was very friendly. I said I think he's a terrible role model for the young adults he's teaching, and that this type of stuff does NOT help our current climate.
