Has the harvesting of ballots begun? Stuffed ballot boxes counted? It will be months before they find enough votes, but the Dems will win. It’s Cali.

Pratt at over 30% with 46% in.

Seems safe to assume he makes the runoff.


He is doing fairly well in comparison to Bass but I don’t necessarily see a path to victory for him if the other candidate is trying to run left of Bass.

They usually wait until they know how many votes they need before they start dropping, but it’s California so they probably just do whatever because they know no one is going to stop them.
